Who This Is For
LEADD Lab is designed for experienced leaders in the social impact sector — program directors, department managers, and team leads — who are ready to lead with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
You’re the right fit if you:
Have 5–15 years experience managing people or programs
Feel the gap between the leader you want to be and the systems you’re operating in

Program Structure
LEADD Lab is a 10-week cohort experience. Sessions are 90 minutes each, combining group learning, peer coaching, and individual reflection. Participants complete a pre/post leadership assessment. Each member of the cohort completes the program after presenting a capstone integrating their personalized leadership roadmap with the competencies and commitments required for next-level leadership.

$2,800 (This price includes a 25% discount that applies only to the initial cohort)
