Who This Is For

LEADD Lab is designed for experienced leaders in the social impact sector — program directors, department managers, and team leads — who are ready to lead with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

You’re the right fit if you:

  • Have 5–15 years experience managing people or programs

  • Feel the gap between the leader you want to be and the systems you’re operating in

  • Desire a structured space to develop your voice, strategy, and approach — with peers who get it

  • Are ready to practice the work of transformation, not just read about it

Program Structure

LEADD Lab is a 10-week cohort experience. Sessions are 90 minutes each, combining group learning, peer coaching, and individual reflection. Participants complete a pre/post leadership assessment. Each member of the cohort completes the program after presenting a capstone integrating their personalized leadership roadmap with the competencies and commitments required for next-level leadership.
